HEAT at the Hadleigh Show ‘Life On The Edge’

HEAT is looking forward to another successful Hadleigh Show on May 16th. This year our theme is ‘Life on the Edge’ celebrating the remarkable wildlife and nature that thrives in the hedgerows, field margins and overlooked corners of our countryside. The exhibition will feature a stunning display of photographs by local amateur photographers. We will also have a simple wildlife hide overlooking a small pond in Holbeck’s Farm and have displays on bats, wildlife gardening and a ‘nature table’ – something for all ages. The term ‘Life on the Edge’ also carries a warning. Many of the species that depend on hedgerows and field margins are increasingly under threat, living on the very edge of survival. We hope that the stand this year will inspire an appreciation of biodiversity and the importance of protecting these valuable habitats
